You must be over 21 years of age,
You must have the right to live and work in the UK,
Full DVLA, Northern Ireland or EEA driving licence for at least 3 years from the date you’ve passed your driving test,
Meet DVLA Group 2 medical standard,
DBS (CRB) check,
Topographical Certificate.

Anyone applying for a new licence, or seeking to renew their licence on or after 1 October 2020 will need to satisfy the English language requirement before a licence will be granted.
